Claim Squad Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully as use of the www.claimsquad.com site means that you agree to them.

1. £200 PAYMENT
Commencing 09/07/09 and ending on 09/09/09, any new claims will be eligible for the payment if you quote '£200 Offer' on initial contact with our agent AND after your claim has been verified as being genuine and our appointed solicitor has accepted your claim and has received signed paperwork from you advising them that you wish them to act on your behalf. Payment is in addition to your compensation payout. Payment will be made approximately 2-3 weeks after the paperwork above is received. In extreme cases where there is a high level of risk and we are unable to recover the full referral fee from the solicitor, we will not be able to pay the £200. This is rare and we will advise you before we pass your claim to a high risk solicitor.

PLEASE NOTE: This offer is NOT available for Medical Negligence or Criminal Injury claims and Financial claims including PPI/Bank/Credit Card charges. It also does not apply to ALL Scottish claims.

2. USE OF THIS SITE
